[jobs from home]

With hardship currently becoming ever more evident, jobs from home have to be on the horizon for people to find a new way of earning a living. Bless the poor souls. This is a hot topic currently amongst the old folk of Nailsworth, as they cruise from coffee shop to coffee shop (both of them that is!)

Will jobs from home seriously be the only way people can make up their pensions, or the lack of them? It's a serious question which concerns me for two of my (big) children. And the issue doesn't stop with the older fraternity either, oh no. Younger guys and gals will probably be scratching around the (barren) yard looking for grain or breadcrumbs.

Jobs from home means they will not be reliant on the "evil" corporate barrons, what a relief that will be. Hardness will probably become a theme of the next decade (or two) so finding self - employment of some kind seems an obvious choice to fall back onto.

Licking envelopes (knicked this!) simply won't cut it so someone will have to step forward and take responsibility for thinking of where the ideas come from for jobs at home. No one in government seems qualified to engender the entrepreneurial spark that's going to be needed by the citizens.

Skills such as sewing and embroidery may come back in, how ironical that would be if the UK started selling skilled crafts to the rest of the world. This is a serious contender for jobs at home, because it just can't be done in a factory. Still, some of us knew that (didn't we?)
