Maria Mercati is an extremely talented woman, being exceptionally skilled in acupuncture and massage. She has treated me for much of the discomfort I now seem to be getting through the onset of getting a little older. Along with talented individuals like Gek Bee Prout in Stroud (a kinesiologist) they have largely kept me away from the clutches of the NHS (God forbid).
I really never found acupuncture any trouble at all, the needles don't even register a feeling hald the time when they go in. Sometimes they can hurt a little when they are "twiddled", but even that is relatively nothing against the benefit I get from them.
